[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — Refrigerator is not doing cooling & Compressor is also becoming very hot

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to kind notice that, I have a Samsung Refrigerator single door. It is not doing cooling & compressor is also becoming very hot till 06th June 2014. I have complaint about the same in Samsung customer care on 7/6/14, complaint no is [protected] . Its complaint done on 9/6/14. But same day it is become previous condition. I did complaint again in Samsung customer care to Mr. Udbhav on 10/6/14 at about 0835hrs. On 11/6/14 at 0900hrs, I did complaint again to Ms Dipty. On 12/6/14 at about 0800hrs. I did complaint again in Samsung customer to Ms Savita, but till now nobody came for repair or see of my Refrigerator. Can you think?
