Dear Sir,
We regret to inform you that, before 10 days we mad e a complaint that our Fridge is not working but
till date the problem has not been rectified.
Your engineer visited and told that the fan is not working & it has to be replaced & the problem will
be rectified within 2 days & his name was Mr Basheen & he gave us his Mobile No.[protected] but
whenever we tried calling him there was no response then we called customer care and One Ms.Surekha
has responded & she gave some another No.[protected] and we called that number and he responded and
sent another engineer & that engineer also told the same thing that fan has to be replaced and promised that
the next day he will get & rectify but till date there is no response from hsi side & no one has visited.
In this summer, it is impossible to manage without the fridge and we have faced lot of problem for this.
Being such a Multinational company you are providing such type of poor service.
We believed your brand and never thought that for such a small problem it takes so many days.
We do not know y dont you keep some inventory area wise in order to maintain the better service.
This is my last information to your company. If my problem is not rectified within 24 hours i shall publish
this same mail in the newspaper and will go to the consumer court for the mental torchure given by you
and recover all losses from you which we beared due to poor service given.
We hope you will understand our pain and will take immediate action in this regard & hope in future no one
should suffer like this.
