[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung Refrigerator service incompetence | |||
I have a 4 year old side by side Samsung Refrigerator Model-RS20NRPS5/XTL Ser:17874ABSD00005D. It worked fine till about a month ago when the cooling was not good in the fridge part of the refrigerator. Called the local Samsung dealer in Kozhikode, Kerala and as per their instructions, the 549 liter fridge was hauled over to the dealer. One month later and they are still checking the problem! Either they are totally incompetent ignoramuses who should not be masquerading as Samsung technicians or they are NOT doing their jobs!!! Either way I am without a fridge for more than a month. Every time I call, I am asked to wait for just 2 more days!!! I think it is only fair that they supply me with a loaner fridge while they play patty cake with my fridge! Could someone do something about this..please????? Was this information helpful? | |||

I contacted Samsung HQ and complained via chat and told them the situation with all details and they immediately called the local service dealer and made sure that the fridge was fixed that day itself!! Now how good is that?? VERY GOOD!!! Thank you Samsung India! | |||
