I have purchased Samsung refrigerator on 15/2/2015 and in June 2021 i was facing no cooling/ less cooling issue with my machine,
I raised a complaint through samsung india customer care, and ask for tech visit
After two days technicians came at my home and said that their is a issue with compressor and the same needs to be changed after that technicians changed the compressor which is covered in 10 year warranty, they charged me only for Gas amount
2-3 days later i was facing the same issue again and i called samsung for support, they send senior tech and he said that their is a gas issue and he called someone to fix this
And again after 2-3 days the issue is still same and this time technician came and said that my fridge is non repairable.
There is some internal leakage in it
I asked questions, that if there is some internal leakage before than why you changed compressor why you charged me extra amount for gas?
He said that my fridge is under warranty so Samaung will call you and negotiate this with some amount or replace my refrigerator
But days passed I didn’t received any call from samsung
Then again i called samsung for support and this time customer care said is very bad tone that we cant do anything there is nothing such policy and technician lied to you
And they disconnect my phone after giving me lame excuses.
Can someone from Samaung take this issue as my fridge was working fine before the technician changed my compressor. Was this information helpful? |
