I have purchased a Samsung Side by Side Door refrigerator RS51K56H02A on 10.03.2019 by paying a huge amount of 122900.00. On 17.04.2023 I found that the deep freezer section of my refrigerator was not working efficiently. I called Samsung Customer Care and lodged a complaint. Thereafter engineer visited two three times and checked the unit. After checking they told that there is leakage in internal coil condenser and the same is not repairable as per samsung policy. Thereafter I contacted the service center where they informed that i will receive a call from samsung office very soon about what compensation i will get in lieu of the unrepairable refrigerator.
Today on 28.04.2023, I receivead a call from samsung office and was shocked to hear that they will issue a coupon of 12000.00 in lieu of my damaged refrigerator. I am a middle class person and after paying such a huge amount for a refrigerator which gets damaged in 4 years and is unrepairable I am being offered just 10% which is completely unjustified.
I request the company to replace the product and save the middle class people from being exploited who spended their hard earned money just looking at the brand name.
Please give justice so that the faith continues with the SAMSUNG BRAND.
