Samsung Refrigerator — Useless service from Samsung

I gave a compliant about my Samsung refregirator 1 and half month back (on 23 Septmeber '13). However the issue is not yet resolved. The customer care do not have status of my issue, everytime they say someone will call be within 24 hours however nobody is attending the issue. They closed the issue without resolving it and they dont even call the customer and check if the issue is resolved or not.
