I bought Samsung Refrigerator at the end of June 2018 and the same was not providing proper refrigeration for some weeks since March '22 beginning. After complaint was raised with the company, the same was taken for repair.
After a week, I was notified that the equipment was beyond repair due to internal leakage and a refund would be provided for the same. After providing documentation, the rep came back saying that the company will provide only 34% as refund which is meagre. A refrigerator lasts 10-15 years usually and an internal leakage should be considered a manufacturing defect.
I am very disappointed with the way a reputed company like Samsung India is treating it's customer, which is borderline harrassment. I want a full refund or a replacement to be provided immediately.
