[Resolved] Samsung — Refund for Cancelled order | |
Hi, I have cancelled the order with order id : [protected], I got an Cancellation confirmation Mail as well as on Samsung website status was updated as Cancelled but now they have still delivered the order on their own without my consent.[PFA Screenshots for reference]. How can the Cancelled orders be forcefully delivered without any customer's consent and forcing the customer to accept the product just for your sake of profit. Parcel is still intact as it is, I have not even open the courier bag. I don't need the product at all. Request you to take the return and provide the Refund ASAP.
