Samsung — Refund Not Initiated

Address: 6th Floor, DLF Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001

Placed an order on 17th Oct 2022 and the expected delivery date was 26th Oct which was surpassed and several new delivery dates were promised which again were not met.
After several breaches in promised delivery dates, I canceled the order on 3rd Nov finally, and upon cancelation, the website committed to providing an update about its refund status within 24-28hours. It has been more than 4 working days I don't see any updates about the refund being initiated.
I called Samsung Support and explained the entire matter to different executives and they promised to resolve the complaint at the earliest but unfortunately, nobody at Samsung Support cared to solve this issue.

I'm mentally harassed on a daily basis, chasing Samsung India for a sincere update on this case.
