I had got a samsung smartphone mi finance and every month i had to pay the payment of 1356 on the 5th of this month money was deducted from my account and then after auto debit it was canceled no refund and No answer even after calling several times no response

Due to some personal reason i cancelled my S22+ order on 26th of September but I haven't got any updates of refund.

I got message saying that I have to return the product but I cancelled the order before the product was not even delivered to me. How am I supposed to return the product.

Samsung India please help me resolve this issue as early as possible. I will be very great full to you.

I bought a brand new s20fe 5g on 9 September yesterday suddenly it's screen turn black, phone is vibrating and touch is working but screen is dead and care is not helping me in this by saying it is out of warranty because of physical damage...

This is regarding s20 plus samsung. The device is getting green lines and the issue is on all phone due to the update samsung has given on the phones.
The response on mail and other sources is not satisfied. Let me be clear…….its your fault samsung…..accept it and fix it……...
