I have ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 and adopter price of 16958 rupee on 18th of August and cancelled on the same date, till date I haven't received my refund. The company's policy says 7-10 working days but it has been more than that, i contacted customer service more than 10 times in this 15 days period.they just don't know what happen. I haven't received my refund. I paid through credit card and now the bill has been dispatched. So I have to pay for a product that I haven't even purchased In the first place. I need an urgent solution from Samsung India and my refund needs to be processed.
