Samsung — Refund not received

I have orderd a 43 inch TV from samsung shop app on 21st oct 2022. Then i canceled the order due to delay in delivery on 23rd Oct 2022.
The order id is [protected].
Now its nov 3rd and i haven't received the refund.
I had many calls and emails to the samsung support, but no luck, all the timr they are saying that "the backend team is working on it".

I am not sure when i will get the refund, i purchased it using my credit card.

I have tried to get an update from Samsung over mail and call, but no response, I am not expecting this kind of bad customer service from a global brand Samsung.

I'm facing a similar issue with Samsung, the refund is not yet initiated.
