Bought Samsung Galaxy M31s before 24 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.
Samsung service center is asking for 8000 INR to replace the mother board,
I won't ever be buying another Samsung phone again and advice others the same.

    Samsung mobile A and M series are defective and have motherboard issues which will stop working before 15 months from your buy date. This is common problem for all these mobiles. You can visit Samsung official complaint site and check.

    I am facing this issue for second time now, initially it was for my A50S motherboard stopped working and they were asking for motherboard replace which is unrepairable as per them.

    Now I am facing issue with Galaxy M12 and after the warranty period got over my device display went off. I visited official customer care there and they said its motherboard is damaged so I need to replace it. The cost of a motherboard is around 5k which I believe is for no reason customer have to pay for faulty/defective handsets.
    This is a full company manufacturing fault and Samsung is responsible.

    I would request the forum to look into this matter and other similar matters and make innocent customers aware about they getting fooled by Samsung also request all to stop using Samsung mobiles.

        've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 24 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.
        It's already been 3 weeks and Samsung only asked me my email or phone number, which I provided almost instantly.
        And even after nearly 4 weeks since then, I haven't hear anything from Samsung.
        This is outrageous. Are you all taking us for granted?
        I won't ever be buying another Samsung phone again and advice others the same.

            I ordered Samsung Qled 55 inch tv through the Samsung website on 29/09/2022
            The product was received on 02/10/2022 next day installation person visited my place on 03/10/2022 he opened the box tv was damaged he raised the complaint.               I, Manoj Patel, my mobile number - [protected] and my complaint request number - [protected], would like to mention that Samsung services have poor customer responses.Since last week I have registered a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 phone of 1.5 lakhs yet no response.

              My screen has dark pixels, otherwise it has no damage within. Now the customer service care is telling the cost of its repairing 50000/-. This is costing me nearly 2 lakhs for my phone in 1year time span.

              Further if it would be a replacement of any part then that would be viable, but this costs me far more expensive than the original phone. Adding to this I haven't finished paying my installment.

              Hoping to receive some calculative response from your side.

                I have ordered S20FE on 23rd September. Faulty device was delivered. I got DOA certificate from Samsung authorized service center on 28th September.
                But till now nobody has come for return pickup.

                I have been calling Samsung customer care every day from past 21 days. I am getting the same standard reply saying " regret the inconvenience caused. Our backend team will coordinate with you within 24 hours. Your return pickup will be arranged soon"

                It's been more than 24 days. Nobody has come. They delivered the product within 24 hours. But for return pickup they are taking more than 24 days.

                  I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22+ on[protected] on Flipkart. Today on[protected], the phone is totally dead all of a sudden and i am without important data of my phone. We have tried to contact Samsung customer and service center and there is No any help from them. I am totally frustrated after purchasing this phone for 60, 028/- and currently have no access to my phone and very important business data in it. As a customer i am totally clueless as to what i can do about this and who i can contact.
                  The customer service center says that once the phone is opened it will not be in its original state any more and that there is chances of total data loss.
                  As customer after paying such a huge amount for the phone i stand at risk of data loss without misusing the phone. What justice does samsung do by making such products where customers data is not safe even after paying 60, 000/- rupees.

                    I bought a Samsung TV which was supposed to be the latest one at that time for 1.25 Lakh Rs and already after 6 years the display has multiple spots. Upon complaining, the Samsung team sent an engineer who just saw the TV, told its display issue and charged me 412 Rs and left. He said someone will call you back regarding this, since right now part is not available. It has been 3 weeks since then, no one from their end has called back for resolution and after I called back almost 5 times, I was told that Service center closed the ticket stating part not available. It was shocking that no one asked me, no call received and just within 6+ years even replacement parts not available most an expensive TV bought from Samsung. Now the TV is not even worth exchanging!!

                    Lost all trust with Samsung, and if this is the case better to buy Vu TVs for 1/4th the cost.

                      My Name is Sainath and I have recently purchased a Samsung Monitor M5. Exactly after two weeks of purchase, the screen is giving a blur screen and it is not working properly. I have raised a ticket with Samsung Customer Care on the 14th. A technician has visited and mentioned that the problem has to be replicated in front of him as screen blur is coming suddenly. He kept the ticket in observation and left from my place. Next day morning, I received the same problem and I showed the same problem to the technician over a Video call as I wanted him to check that virtually. He mentioned that he will give a call back but haven't received any call back until I reached customer care.

                      In the evening, I had a discussion with the technical department manager Shanmukh and the outcome was not satisfactory. They want this monitor to be placed under observation for a few days to replicate the problem and then they will replace the repaired part.

                      It's been just two weeks since I purchased this monitor and I don't know why I have to struggle to get the solution. I strongly believe that, a repaired piece / defect piece was sent to me and hence asked for replacement. However Shanmukh mentioned that replacement policy is not there and replacement cannot be given in this case. Also, major thing is, I have to struggle a lot to get the updates as well. Currently, they have taken the montior for observation wherein I dont know how many days I have to wait to get the update and when I try to reach them over mobile they are not responding at all. Is this how the service will be ? I expected better service at least wherein I am not at all getting proper updates also.

                      I have asked Technician Paparao on the timelines and he asked me to check with Shanmukh. I have called him couple of times and no response and no call back.If they are busy, they can send an update over message or email. I am not sure they are keeping in black box.

                      I am not satisfied with the behaviour as well as minimum etiquette should be followed when we are discussing with customer.
                      I want to know the status immediately and I would like to discuss with the L1 manager who can handle this case smoothly. I thought that issue can be resolved by Shanmukh but his communication is also not good. I have all the recordings / call recordings which I can share with you.

                      To conclude, I am sharing all the pics of the problem . Kindly forward this to L1 escalation manager to get this resolved. Let me know in case if you need any other information . Please arrange call back to explain problem if something is not clear.

                        We are facing this issue for 2 months now and we have tried all the steps provided by the Samsung India support team.

                        Yesterday we also went ahead and did a factory reset however still it's not working while setting up the phone itself it restarted a couple of times.

                        We would like to have a free service done or a replacement phone been provided.

                          I've ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop app, which was defective I've asked for a return after 2 weeks of contact they offered compensation, said it'll be credited within 7-10 days.

                          It's been 10 days and nothing is credited and I've also had an exchange along with the order and it's stuck with exchange initiated since October 1 .

                            I bought a TV (Model UA58AUE70AKLXL) from Samsung India Online Store. The TV was delivered on 10th Oct 2022. The technician "installed" the TV and submitted his completion report without my assent and without addressing my concerns of the TV not integrating with my laptop or my home theater system. I get a call from Samsung Customer Service and I am told that the installation is complete. I protested this claim. Instead of recording this event as an incomplete installation, they chose to register it as a service request. So now I have a situation where I have a brand new TV that has just been delivered and it has already been classified as an item that needs to be serviced and not as a defective product. I file a claim on customer support, that the TV should be returned and the money refunded. Now starts the game play of the customer service passing the ball to the service department. A new service tech shows up fiddles around and says he will consult some other expert. No one turns up. I call customer service again and am again told that a service engineer will look into the problem. It has been nearly a week since I received my TV but it is not working. Each time I call customer service a different agent takes the call and I have to explain the problem from scratch. It is just a series of apologies, sorry for the inconvenience, regret etc sing song without getting any resolution. It seems that Samsung customer service is trying to pass time so that I eventually miss the prescribed return window after which they will be in a position to reject my refund request.
                            It has been the most horrible customer service experience in my life. Never buy anything from Samsung Online Store!! Stick to Amazon or other e-retailers.. They allow simple returns and refunds.

                              I Yash Agarwal have purchased the samsung mobile M31s model 2 years ago (appr.). But recently after a software updation, it is auto restarting frequently and stuck on the logo. The service centre said that, its a mother board issue that cost is approx. half of mobile value.                                 Hi. Was the samsung s20 plus display issue resolved for out of warranty phones. I have cared for my phone as long as I can remember and it doesn't have a scratch on it till now. Now these people are frauding consumers saying as the phone fails the wrt test you can't avail for the FOC replacement. When asked about details the service centre had no clue and said they are just following guidelines and if samsung approves they will relace the diaplay and battery. When mailed samsung care they replied the service centre has the authority regarding this and they can't do anything. What is this blame game? Such a huge company and they can't even take responsibility of their own mistakes. The consumer suffers after paying hefty price. And this is their flagship phone. After every update 1 vertical line appears on the display.

                                  I have visited the Samsung Service Centre in Bangalore Marathalli for my Samsung Device A725F . I was having touchscreen issues as it is not responding after the latest update suddenly. They charged me 9901 INR and told that it may be due to the Motherboard issues. I agreed and paid the same. Yesterday I received my device and still the issue is not resolved

                                    Got samsung galaxy flip 4 on 30/9/22, stopped folding on 13/10/22, went to local service centre, the inefficient service centre manager said its a physical damage to the screen and when asked how did the damage happen (because there is not a single scratch/dent on the body or the screen, he failed to explain how, and got rude instead. Created a jobsheet with false descriptions, without my signature/thumb print that i agreed, sent that to samsung. Now samsung believes him, listening to him and stopped answering my calls. Have been putting this all in all types of social media but samsung still behaving deaf year to my 16 days old phone. I have recorded calls of customer support with names of employees and that of service centre manager.

                                        I had purchased a Galaxy S20 FE mobile on 25th Sep 2022 from Samsung Shop online. Within 10 days o[censored]se, the mobile stops working. Accordingly, I visited Samsung Service Centre, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai and post all the check up, they acknowledge that the phone is defective. They have provided me a DOA certificate on 8th Oct and as suggested by them I have immediately uploaded the DOA document on Samsung Shop portal for requesting a Return. Also had sent an email to Samsung support.
                                        Till now, there is no concrete action taken by Samsung team on the same. I am not sure whether I will receive a Refund or Replacement of Phone. I already loose a time, my important data, my online Railway pass with that defective phone.
                                        Request your urgent support on the same.
