I had purchased M31s mobile in July 2021.
After the latest 01-06-22 security update [released on[protected]], my mobile problem issue “to restart every few days, then few times a day, now continuous restarting every few minutes.“
The problem had occurred after the latest software update, provided by the company. The same had been brought to notice of your call centre, remote support, whatsapp support and lastly by visit to service centre; where they informed 8000 rupee required to change motherboard, as mobile is out of warranty.
I noticed a very casual approach from all your “ touch point contact” of customer, i.e customer support, whatsapp support, remote support and the technical team that they all are aware that all M31s mobiles will come back after warranty period is over, for motherboard replacement when customer updates his mobile.

Now, Samsung states that it will not repair the phone FREE OF COST, as it is OUT OF WARRANTY.
But, the restart problem in my mobile had occurred after the[protected] security update [ released on[protected]], hence the SAMSUNG should replace the motherboard “free of charge” to provide customer with value of ownership and to promote goodwill of the brand.

    I had been trying to order Samsung s21 fe 5g from Samsung site online.
    but when I was ordering the product, filled payment details and everything, it failed .than it goes out of stock .I had tried 2-3 times but facing the same issue .its been 3 hours now and I hadn't able to place the order . its total waste of three hours and not feeling good about it .

      My Samsung Galaxy s10 battery has been burn . So this happen at night when I was watching YouTube and mobile gets heat then after smoke coming from phone and start burning after that I take the phone at put it into water.

        Hi All

        I am not satisfied with the resolution provided .For the product worth of 40 to 50 k i am using it for 2 years only and later it will hve major repair which is costing 20k..This doesnt make any sense to spent more than 20k instead we can go for new one...As we come from the poor background we cannot afford to hve one new new tv or neither we can spend 20k for this...Considering a special case request to kindly provide a compensation on the same.As per my understanding we should be using the service for atleast 3 to 4 years irrespective of any usage without any major repairs .. however we see post using after 2 years we are finding a major issue which definately not acceptable and I am not going to afford this .please do the needfull before i move this to consumer court

        as I do not hve any option rather moving to next level...Hope u support n encourage us to use some more product from samsung

          I brought a Samsung Galaxy M31s on 23 Aug 2020 as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint but I am facing lot of problems . Within 1 year I detected buzzing noise issue and service center people were saying they deliberately introduced this feature and it will get removed by some update later on but it was still there. And now this retart issue "phone is freezing every time and restart automatically" when I visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 because they will have to change motherboard. It is the worst situation for me and worst phone i ever had.This two issue are faced by many and they are getting same response. Why you people are asking so much money when you deploy cheap parts in this model

            I ordered Samsung Galaxy S22 on 22/09/2022 through Samsung
            Shop App and it was delivered on 24/09/2022. I opted for the
            deferred exchange (Smart exchange) facility. In that, they allow
            24-48 hours to transfer the data from the old to a new device but I
            have to pay the full amount for the new device. As per the offer, I
            got 24080 as the exchange value of my old device(OnePlus Nord) and the amount
            would be refunded after the pickup within 24-48 hours. Today
            11/10/2022, it has been more than two weeks and nobody came for
            the pickup and my money is stuck. I raised several complaints
            about the speedy pickup of the old device. Except assurance
            they are doing nothing. I doubt that they will not pick up the old
            device as they already have the full amount for the new device.

              Hi Team,

              In last 7 months same part got damaged twice, I believe the company should provide some solution in these cases.

              7 months back I have an issue with my microwave, service team came and replaced the motherboard and touchpad. Immediately after 7 months I am facing the same issue again, the agent came again and told the touch pad is gone again and need to spend 2500rs, I was told it’s spare part issue.
              A reputed company like Samsung manufacturing these kind of defective spares! I am not able to believe.
              Spending 2500rs every 6 months is not what I expect while buying a product from Samsung, if samsung feel it’s what they suggest when u buy Samsung products plz let us know.
              I still have some hope that Samsung will make customers satisfy.

                Hi,

                In my family and office we are using 7 Samsung M Series phones for the past 2 years, 2 - M30, 4 - M31 and 1 - m31s, with in the period of last 1 month I'm facing Hang and Restart Problem in all the phones, if its a motherboard problem, how its happened to all good working phone simultaneously, and while I googled for the solution, day by day the same complaints raised by many M Series and A Series users, How its possible - Its a trick by SAMSUNG to sell their new products in the market, we need the solution to resolve this problem at free of cost - if its not happened, the trust worthiness and goodwill of Samsung will go and its forced the Samsung users to BOYCOTT Samsung products in future,

                    Nothing has been done from samsung, I personally went to mobile repairing shop and asked for unlocked which cost me 45USd and they solved it within 48hr whereas Samsung took more than 20days just to ask my email and contact number really hatsoff and R.I.P Samsung will never ever advice or prefer to buy Samsung devices 🙏🙏🙏

                      The Galaxy Buds Live were available for 499/= if purchased together with Samsung Galaxy A73. The offer was valid on 14th September 2022.

                      I added both the phone and Buds to cart and made full payment via credit card. On checkout page it showed estimated delivery day of 19th September for both the products.

                      I received the phone on 17th September 2022 but i am still waiting for the Buds to be shipped.

                      Samsung support hasn't been really helpful, They either escalate the issue to the concerned team or say the issue shall be resolved with highest priority.

                      It is going to be a month now and i really feel that i have been scammed at this point.

                      I made full payment for the phone(40, 000/=) aprox. and buds( 499/=).

                        Dear Team,
                        With great confidence I come to you with my worst disgusted customer service experience from SAMSUNG ONLINE CHAT and CUSTOMER SUPPORT that you may help in resolving this most annoying issue.
                        On the 29th Sept 2022 I had placed an order for SAMSUNG TAB S6 LITE WIFI VERSION 2022 MODEL GREY COLOUR ONLINE via the official SAMSUNG SHOP APP. Order Number- [protected] and PO No.- [protected]. I was notified that the delivery will happen on priority the very next day ie, 30/09/2022. But, I got no proper proactive information that my product will be delayed and I will receive it on 01/10/2022, I had to call and email and do various things to chase my item. Then on 01/10/2022 early morning I was notified thru a link that the product has reached EKART LOGISTICS LAKEVIEW HUB, this HUB is very close to my house so I proactively went to the HUB provided the order details and collected my item from an agent named PRAVEEN. The reason I did this by myself is, this product was a GIFT to my close partner to be given on 01/10/2022. I tried to attach the UNBOXING video but due to size I couldnt. When I unboxed the product I noticed that the S-PEN's TIP/NIB, is damaged and its in a non-usable state, I wondered if the S-PEN itself has this issue inside the box, the TABLET may also have some issue, so I did not even uncover the tablet I just RE-PACKED everything as it was given and kept it aside. Immediately, I tried to connect with the ONLINE CHAT TEAM, no proper response and very stupid resolutions and again I contacted the CALL CENTRE-CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM, Such a worst customer service support they are either not able to understand english nor they are able to give proper resolutions. After continuous calls back to back on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of OCTOBER, The few agents told me to visit the nearest SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE and they will exchange the S-PEN and give you a new one, this centre is a bit far from my house, however, THOUGH I DO NOT DESERVE TO TRAVEL BY MY OWN AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, I still went but, since it was the first time i had to search for the authorised service centre, before reaching to the actual service centre i was mis guided by MAPS to other outlets and they pointed out me the exact location and I reached the SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE on MONDAY the 3rd of october and after waiting there in line for almost 20 mins i finally got to talk to an Authorized service agent and SHOCKINGLY, he didnt even take a full 5 mins to hear me out, immediately he SAID SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED ONLINE I HAVE TO DEAL IT ONLINE AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE- CALL CENTRE. As there were many people waiting in line i could not argue or do anything. SO MY TIME WAS A WASTE AND MY FUEL GONE FOR A WASTE BY A WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE CALL CENTRE AGENT. I reached home and sent out more than a few emails and again made calls and complained and made the call center to raise complaints and do escalations etc etc, breaking my head full of tension and anger, all the agents are again saying the same story to visit the nearest service centre. Then I receive an email from a person call DEEPAK KUMAR on 4th in reply to the email I sent on the 1st of OCTOBER, and until date i THINK i have not got any more email responses for my other emails I have sent, meanwhile i kept calling the call centre and everytime i called them I ensured they escalte this issue and lodge a complaint. And Spontaneously, i received email with the complaint number but no proper resolution Then on the 6th of October, I received an email from CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER- MR GAURAV MADNAVAT- quoting a ref no- [protected]- stating that he has highlighted this case to the relevant team and they will contact me. On the same day I was contacted by an escalation team member- named- AKASH- I shared my story and he also addressed me well and good, but he was also saying the same thing to visit the nearest SERVCE CENTRE and i confirmed the address that Ive previously been and the address he refers is also the same, then I told him, if he can call me back in 15 mins so that in 15 mins I can reach the AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE and he can directly talk to them and sort out the issue, I ended the call with him at 4.45pm and I had ride so very fast thru the traffic all because He spoke to me in a way that my S-PEN will be replaced, When i reached there, He exacly called me back and I handed over the phone to the same person I first spoke to, and both of them had an argument and finally the service centre guy said he cant do it and passed the phone to me and the the escalation AGENT- AKASH- said, me to go home and he will notify another relevant team and they will contact me within 48 to 72 hours and they will resolve it. I was so heartbroken and was in an URGE TO HURT MYSELF choosing to buy this product, I came so very quickly and fast to the service centre and akash easily says he just wanted to hear this information from the service centre guy and tells me to go home, I became so very FED-UP and annoyed and at the same time just a simple S-PEN UNTIL TODAY THE 10th OF OCTOBER I have no response via an email, chat nor any phone call from SAMSUNG and I intentionally did not call or reach out to them since the 6th Evening after this incident and even they have not reached out to me, I spent 20thousand and the product is just lying like waste box in my cupboard I have not removed even the sealed cover on the TAB nor turned it on. Moreover, the GIFT i had to present to my partner became a FLOP and utter shame for me, I had to undergo so much of time waste, energy waste fuel waste and worrying and thinking of this makes me so restless and sick. I need some kind of compensation or some sort of that for all these things I undergo until I get the new perfect product.

                        Therefore, I request the CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM to take strict action upon each name ive mentioned and the service centres of SAMSUNG to resolve this matter at the very most urgency. Its almost 10 days for this simple issue and I wonder if this is the worlds leading electronic company's service this way.

                        I have images, videos all call recordings and all email responses and emails sent. If needed I can provide a copy, If i dont get any resolution at the earliest, I will take this matter to the next higher level.

                        Whaterver I underwent for the past 10 days and more to come, I DO NOT DESERVE THIS AS A CUSTOMER.

                                I purchased a 108 cm smart Samsung TV from a Bhubaneswar dealer in year 2019 model number UA43N5470AUXXL/2019.

                                I have experienced mother board failure 2 times, once on[protected] and another time[protected].

                                It has failed again in May 2022 after which i raised a complaint thru toll free number, having service request number [protected]. The Technician came and found that mother board has failed again. Post this finding, I complained thru the toll-free number and assured that it will be addressed.

                                I am deeply disappointed by this frequent failure and MY CONFIDENCE IN SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IS COMPLETELY ERODED NOW. Instead of trouble shooting, there is simply replacement and with the third motherboard replacement, my maintenance charge will be appx 50 % of the TV cost for a smart TV of 3 years old. THIS IS UN-ACCEPTABLE BY ANY STANDARD.

                                I request you to kindly do proper trouble shooting, free replacement of the TV immediately with a week time, failing which I will take appropriate action including putting this in consumer forum and writing to Samsung India CEO as per established norms.

                                  I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on September, 2020, and I am facing auto restart problem from past ten days, I contacted Samsung Elite care, they flashed and reloaded software. Later problems continues, again given back to care, they replied mother board gone and need to replace and its cost around Rs.6500/-

                                  Many people of various models of Samsung have been this facing this issue after a software update pushed by Samsung.
                                  It seems there is a bug in the hardware fitted in the devices, company has to address this issue and try to provide good service the customers.

                                  I purchased this product by considering the Brand Samsung, but this issue felt me so bad and I request to the company to look into this and resolve the issue by providing better service.

                                    Purchased my 55" Samsung TV directly from the Samsung app on 23rd Sept in the ongoing sale. Received the TV on 29th Sept with a broken panel. I submitted a return request and ordered a new TV on 30th Sept again from Samsung Shop. Received it on 4th Oct with a defective panel. The customer care states that I can return it if its defective. Am I supposed to keep ordering and returning my purchased items? We ordered a Samsung TV by thinking it will be reliable as it is a renowned brand. Truly disappointed with the service!!!

                                      Sumsung many mobiles with exynos 9611 processor having auto restaring (bootloding) or screen freezing issue. I have samsung m31s which also have same chipset which start screen freezing and continuous restarting. I went samsung service center and told the issues, they told me that the motherboard is damaged and it have to change which cost around 7-8k. The motherboard issue is due to chip or hardware that samsung uses, it is not the fault of the consumer it is from the manufacturer but its cost have to pay by samsung users. Which is not right for the consumers of such big and reputed brand. So I urged Samsung India to take action on this problem faced to your consumers.

                                        I ordered Air conditioner from samsung india on sep 11th 2022 and delivered on September 15th 2022. I received different indoor and outdoor unit (Model Mismatch). I requested for return . Worst part is Samsung is having a procedure where samsung engineer has to provide CSR Copy after examining product. For this it took nearly one week where their third party AC engineers took time to provide CSR copy after many phone calls. Finally Samsung accepted for return pick up on sep 23rd 2022 . Until now there is no call or update regarding product pick up . It's been 15 days Samsung is holding my money without giving refund . Please take action.
