I had ordered a Samsung M12 on 27th feb. I was forced to cancel the order from Samsung itself because Ecom express(through which my package was supposed to be delivered) had lost my package.
I had cancelled the order on 7th March. I still haven't received a refund.Moreover, its still in cancellation requested stage even after a month.
When i call Samsung, they say they will refund my money only after they get the lost package from Ecom express.
Why should a consumer suffer because of the incapability from Ecom express and Samsung
I have already called so many times, still they dont provide a proper reply.
