I had ordered on 31.11.2020 of M31 product order number-[protected], due to defend in product I had returned but refund of transaction has not received.
Your team every time confirming that we had initiated refund and transaction reference no[protected] on 13.11.2020.
Same I am checking with bank but bank every time told me as per there record merchant had not send any refund to them.
It was 6 month over I am calling every day to samsung customer care and getting 24hours time to resolve this issue but after 6 month completed still I am getting same timeline.
As per discussion with Rahul Jaiswal, He said payment proceed on 13 November 2020 was failed so payment again proceed on last week Monday that I had not received yet.
My main need is that your team directly connect with bank and get this resolve.
Now I don't want to wait for refund please tell me if you are not able to refund my money with 5month intrest (20%rate), if you are not able to refund the amount to me then I will file to this to judicial.
