Samsung — refund of my amount for my samsung washing machine

Sir my Samsung washing machine was burnt when it was not in use in night it was in warranty .I called to call center they came and took my machine and after few days on 12th Feb they told we will refund your amount with in 10 days they told. But till now i didnt recived any amount, when ever I call to call they r not giving any response, samsung please refund my amount. Address 1810 17th cross anjaneya layout Davangere
