[Resolved] Samsung — Refund on Returned F41 Mobile Phone | |
No Refund of Cancelled Order(#[protected]). The order was placed on 21st Oct. Since this was under the exchange scheme the delivery team was supposed to inspect and collect the old phone. The delivery team rejected the old phone because of scratches and cancelled the order. We have been following up since the past 10 days for refund but no one has responded. Tickets are opened and automatically closed.(#[protected]#1792583). Despite multiple chats and phone calls to customer care the refund has not been initiated. Was this information helpful? | |
