[Resolved] Samsung — Refund pending | |||
My Samsung TV stopped working in warranty period. I raised complaint, however the technical also could not rectify it. I was offered coupon for the amount of the TV which i refused as it was with too much terms and condition. I wanted full cash refund. After few weeks of mails and conversation I was offered full amount refund in form of DD or cheque. I was told that I would receive it in 15 to 20 days. Now its more than 20 days but I have not received the refund. even after mailing on the same ID which I was chatting in I am not able to get any reply. Screen shot of confirmation I have attached.
