Samsung — refuse to repair within warranty period

i am old customer of Samsung, as per your warranty contract 6 months of Bluetooth device, i produce my device to near Samsung service center they refuse me to repair the product. plz kindly look this matter. Product Description Name Manash Mukherjee Product Bluetooth sound device Model No BHM1700IKECINU purchase dt. 15.10.2013 use only 6 days after that it is not working produce to service center 07.11.2013 service request No. [protected] dt 07.11.2013 service center [protected] they false or fake cause found. and return without repair. if possible plz repair/replace the device I ALSO SEND A COPY MAIL TO consumer forum.
