[Resolved] Samsung — Refusing to do servicing of the product (TV) | |||
I Purchase a Samsung TV for 15, 000 few months back, within 4 months the TV started to give problem and there was lines going across the screen. So i took it to the Shop from where it was purchased and they informed the service centre and the TV was handed over to the service centre, but after that when enquired the service centre stated there is a physical damage and need to pay 9000 for the service and they have not contacted after that When I gave the TV there was no physical damage and now I am asked to pay.
