I have purchased a Refrigerator from Samsung Online Store on 16th August, and my order id - [protected]. But the defected product was delivered on 18th August, and demo was scheduled on 20th August. during the demo we came to know that product having multiple dents on body. Immediately, I have raised a return request on 20th August, but I am still waiting for reverse pick-up. Every time when I tried to communicate between Samsung Customer care over the call or Email, they are giving a timeline of 4-5 business days for reverse pick-up. And after cross the given timeline, again they are requested for next 4-5 business day. This happened 3rd time of today, when they are saying for another 4-5 business days waiting time, while almost one month is about to complete of the request for reverse pick-up has been raised.
So, because to these me and my family are suffering from Mental harassments situations, but Samsung team are not bother about this, every time they are saying to wait for next 4-5 business days
Requesting, please do the needful and help me to get refund ASAP.
