Samsung — Regarding Extendend Warranty | |
This is R S Chaitanya from berhampur, odisha. I have brought a Samsung Laptop MODEL
CODE - NP300E5X-SO1IN SERIAL NO. - HT8K91QC500377E in one year extended warranty
offer period
and i registered my laptop in Samsung.com/in/laptop-warranty web site. In September 2013 i got a
call from Samsung customer care regarding the extended warranty and received a SMS "Dear
Customer, Please SMS your Samsung Laptop model & serial no on [protected] to avail
additional
1 year warranty, T&C apply, Regards, Team Samsung"
I sent my model number and serial number to that number. But when i went to local Samsung
Service Center they told me that the extended warranty period is not extended and my laptop has
only 1 year warranty.
I called to customer care number but didn't get satisfied response from them. They give me this
email id to send my report.
Note - When Samsung Customer care called me in September regarding my extended warranty
they told me that they send me a email but they didn't send me.
I am attaching my Purchase invoice and extended reregistration snap to you.
I am sending a Email to mkt.[protected]@samsung.com two times and still didn't get any reply or call.
