THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 EDGE ON 24TH APRIL 2015...THE PROBLEM WHICH I AM FACING IS THAT, MY SAMSUNG MOBILE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IS OVER HEATING. IN MY KNOWLWDGE IT IS SAMSUNG'S BEST SMART PHONE EVER. BUT MY EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD. THE LOCK SCREEN KEY IS ALSO NOT WORKING ...I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY S6 EDGE AS IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY..FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I HAVE BEEN USING SAMSUNG MOBILES SINCE MANY YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING PROBLEM.
