Samsung — Regarding Order Cancellation & Refund

I pre ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 for INR 67400 on[protected] on Samsung Shop application. Order ID: [protected]. After couple of days, i faced some financial issues, so that I have to cancel the order. Then i tried cancelling the order. I checked the Samsung application, there no option to cancel, then i contacted the customer care, they said only their back end team can cancel the order. So they raised a ticket ID: #[protected]. The ticket is raised on[protected]. After that I have not received any response from Samsung authorities. I wanted the order to be cancelled asap and refund back my money. Kindly help me.
