I raised a complaints against the order no [protected] of santosh kumar choudhary . the order already reached the destination on 17th july 2023 at purnea
i made a complaints since 18th onward to delivered my address and each day
talked to helpline centre they assured me the order will be delivered within 24 hours regarding this we talked to senior authority to look into the matter but in vain
now i wish to inform you we will never buy the samsung product in future and rest article sold in olx site .

    Hello,
    Today my washing machine was not working which i purchased 20 days back, called Samsung toll free number after so many calls they have allotted one service person.
    He is saying rate has bitten inside wire and asking 1000 rupees for that.
    He is saying rat bite is not included in warranty. and also he is asking 1000 rupees to close the hole.
    Well done Samsung!
    What a way to loot the hard earned money.
    Totally disappointed with Samsung product

      Samsung M31S phone post OS software upgrade by Samsung it got hanged and restarted frequently. I am unable to use the phone.

      Phone Details : SM-M317FZBDINS/DS 128GB
      S/N - RZ8N90XYVAP

      I visited the SAMSUNG customer care there response was very bad, they even did not check my phone and advise me to change the motherboard.They initially charged me Rs 177 and suggest to change the motherboard. Which is cost apporx Rs 8000. This will happnen only when all Samsung customer care team knows that Samsung M31s is having motherboard manufacturing fault.

      This is very bad experience with SAMSUNG. I purchased this phone(samsung M31S) Approx 19 K. The put my hard earned money to purchase this phone to use at least 4 to 5 years.

      This is a manufacturing fault Samsung should help me to replace the mother board without any charge to me. I was using most of the home appliance by samsung but for mobile this was my first experience, which makes me really sad.

      I need your help to get fix my samsung M31s problem so that i can use it.

      Before Samsung i was using Motorola phone.I was having 7 years old Moto G5s plus with me and in great working condition now my family member is using that phone.

          Service request no:[protected], I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre bareilly) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced which cost 8000 rs. I am writing to you about the restart and hang issue that is occurring in all M series phones after the update and samsung also know that they are using scrap material in all M series phone and its also safety concern of all people. samsung suspicious in this case as all M series got mother board issue after update from samsung and samsung using this as bad business game as ultimately u have to purchase new phone or pay half of amount for mother board which is bad game with india consumer by samsung.

          I am suspicious that Samsung is knowingly sending out updates that are causing this problem. It seems unlikely that this issue would occur in all M series phones after the update if it was not a problem with the update itself. I am also concerned that Samsung is aware of this problem and is not doing anything to fix it.

          In addition to the restart and hang issue, I am also concerned about the motherboard issue that is common in M series phones. After 2-3 years o[censored]se, the motherboard in these phones often fails, which renders the phone unusable. This is a major problem, as it forces customers to buy a new phone even though their old phone is still in good condition.

          I am very disappointed with Samsung's handling of these issues. I feel that the company is not taking responsibility for its mistakes and is instead putting the burden on its customers. I am also concerned that Samsung is not doing enough to fix these problems.

              Hi Team,
              I had raised a complaint for my Full Automatic WM, where it stopped working all of a sudden. One person from Prism Samsung Bangalore came and inspected the machine from all angles and then informed us that the motor is gone which has to be replaced. And all other parts are intact. He even checked the display board with instrument. We got a call from Prism Samsung that they will order the new motor which will be replaced. Few days after, we got another technician with new motor. He replaced the motor. When we checked the machine, it was working on a DC. He informed us that the display part will be replaced. Upon asking him to open and check it once, he denied saying he cant do that and we have to get it replaced. The overall behavior was very rude. Some part which was working and later got defective where the machine was off for all the days is hard to digest.

              Can you take it on priority please as this is not the experience any customer would like to have.

                On July 14, 2023, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy M14 smartphone from Samsung.com. The number for my order is [protected]. Prior to completing the transaction, I double-checked that the delivery date and time at my address were 15 July at 9 PM. Because I need to give this phone to my father as a birthday present on July 15, I need the phone by the time the company promised.

                I also looked at Flipcart and Amazon when I was placing the order, and both are delivering the items on July 15th, but I chose to order from Samsung.com since I believed this was a well-known company and would be required to meet orders by the deadline they had specified.

                However, I regret to inform you that your product was not delivered on time, defeating the objective of your transaction since I was unable to give it to my father for his birthday.

                By ordering from Samsung instead of a number of other market competitors who are dedicated to customer pleasure, I have made the biggest error of my life.

                  Our side by side refrigerator (Model No RS73R5561F8/TL) purchased 08/09/2019 from Nandilath G Mart (Invoice no. TVLA-[protected]), Tiruvalla became non-functional and a complaint was registered on 18th May 2023 (Reference No. [protected]). Though service personnel visited our site every week, nothing could be done. They changed the circuit Board, compressor, etc and could not be restored. At last, on 4th of July 2023, one person came and prepared a report to send to Samsung. But till now nothing has been heard from Samsung. I would like to know the status of the complaint and request you to get appropriate action to get it serviced/reinstated as soon as possible as I am urgently in need of its service due to my son's forthcoming marriage next month.

                    My fridge is not working, actually it's not cooling it when I tell this problem to the Samsung care they sent the mechanic but he can't repair it he advice to replace it but I have lost my bill that's why I can't replace it but I got this fridge on 15th March 2021 and its in warranty period

                        I have purchased Samsung refrigerator (model no- RT28M3424S8/HL) on 21.10.2018 in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I got cooling issue on my fridge and lodged a complaint to Samsung service center via toll free number. On 05.07.23 an engineer has arrived and he confirmed that the gas needs to be refilled, he took the visiting charge. Yesterday on 06-07-23 another service engineer came and he did the gas refill and assured that the cooling will start and fridge will work normally. He took Rs 2000 for gas refilling and prepared the bill for the same.

                        However, the fridge did worked for 3-4 hours and again stopped cooling. The executive now saying there is an internal leakage in refrigerator. Which they are not able to fix and suggested me to sale this fridge to them with the depreciation of whopping 72%.

                        They are suppose to fix the problem for which I have already made the payment. This seems to be some kind of scam and sponsored by Samsung Service Center itself.

                        The Samsung support engineer visited on 8th July to prepare the internal leakage evidence video. This time the executive come up with altogether different issue. As per him its not the internal leakage but the gas is BLOCKED.

                        I have replied with the contact details but I got a fraudulent call. The caller offered to give refund but he was forcing me to open YONO account and follow the process, which was very suspicious. I suggested him to use the SBI website to carry out the process but he was very adamant to use YONO only. He was even ready to use anybody's YONO account. I was pressing to use website only after which he disconnected the call.

                        Not sure whats going on at Samsnug end...

                          One day I received a update for my mobile after installation i observed a green line on my mobile at right corner after two days the display is not working and it turns into white.
                          I went to customer care and explained everything they told me like that need to change display and the cost of display is above 18000Rs. And i give for change the display after that I heard a notification from samsung like replacing display for free due to bug in twitter, I raise a complaint on that on issue and I submitted the bills also but they are not responding
                          Please help me on this

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing to register a formal complaint against the poor response and inadequate service provided by Samsung's authorized service center, Shreeji Mobile Care, located in Ahmedabad. The purpose of this complaint is to seek your assistance in addressing the ongoing issues I have faced, as I have exhausted all other means of resolving the matter.

                              On June 30, 2023, I submitted my mobile device to Shreeji Mobile Care for a minor repair. Since then, I have been subjected to a series of frustrating experiences, including miscommunication, delays, and a complete lack of professionalism, which have caused significant distress and inconvenience.

                              To provide a chronological account of the events, on July 3, 2023, I contacted the service center to inquire about the progress of my device. Shockingly, I was informed that the insurance approval for the repair had not been approved. This was a distressing revelation, as it had already been several days since I submitted my device for repair. In an attempt to seek clarification, I promptly contacted Samsung's call center, where I was informed that Shreeji Mobile Care had not even submitted the estimate for the repair. This lack of coordination and failure to fulfill basic responsibilities is utterly unacceptable.

                              Despite my continued efforts to seek updates, the situation has not improved. When I contacted the service center once again on July 4, 2023, I was informed that the insurance approval was still pending, despite their claim of having submitted the estimate on July 3, 2023. To exacerbate matters further, the call center representative informed me that their records indicated that my mobile was received and the claim submitted on July 4, 2023, contradicting the information provided by the service center. The inconsistent information and evident negligence displayed by both parties have only added to my frustration and despair.

                              It is important to note that I have paid an additional amount of Rs 9000 for Samsung Care+ service, specifically intended to provide efficient and timely assistance in situations such as this. However, instead of receiving the promised support, I find myself facing harassment and prolonged delays for a minor repair. This distressing experience is compounded by the fact that this is the second time I have encountered such issues with Shreeji Mobile Care. In the past, I endured a similar ordeal where my device was held for an astonishing period of 30 days. It is disheartening to witness the recurrence of such inadequate service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

                              Given the gravity of the situation and the apparent inability of the service center to resolve the matter satisfactorily, I humbly request the intervention of the Consumer Forum. I seek your assistance in thoroughly investigating the conduct of Shreeji Mobile Care and taking appropriate action to rectify their persistent shortcomings. Additionally, I implore you to ensure that necessary steps are taken to compensate me for the mental anguish, inconvenience, and additional expenses I have incurred as a result of this protracted service experience.

                              Please find attached copies of all relevant documents, including service receipts, warranty details, and previous correspondence with the service center, as evidence supporting my complaint. I kindly request that you initiate an inquiry into this matter at the earliest convenience. Furthermore, I would appreciate being kept informed about the progress of the investigation and the subsequent actions taken.

                              I trust in the Consumer Forum's commitment to protecting consumer rights and ensuring fair resolution of disputes. Your intervention in this matter is crucial to restore my faith in Samsung's commitment to customer

                                I am writing about a phone I purchased using the Deloitte employee program on 6/19. After the ETD of 6/26 went by, I contacted support through chat and was told that there was some operational issue due to which delivery was delayed and it will be delivered in the next few days.
                                After receiving some empty calls apologizing for my issues but no real updates over the next few days, I have today received a message from Samsung saying that the order is being cancelled. I have not requested this cancellation, and this is being done without my permission or any consultation. This represents a problem for me since this purchase was made under a corporate program and I have already sought reimbursement. I am beginning to understand that Samsung does not care about an individual customer in the slightest, but actively creating further problems for a customer is a new low.

                                  I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1.5 years back, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Chittoor) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                                  There were over, at least, 100 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail.

                                  Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount. It's a blunder done by samsung and expecting customers to pay 9-13k to get the motherboard replaced.

                                    There is auto switchoff issue in mobile. Moblie was bought from official samsung store and currently in guarantee period. No replacement being given even after making many requests

                                      I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from croma. Refrigerator has some issues with it so I registered a complaint to get it fixed. Samsung took the refrigerator and gave me refund vouchers. Now when I am trying to get the copan redeem, their site is not working. For last 2 weeks, I don’t have a refrigerator and all they say is our technical team is working to get the site fixed. I am not sure what to do, it is a mental harassment. Their product was faulty and now their site is not working and I am suffering. Please suggest what to do.
