Dear Samsung Team,
Through this epistle, I want to inform you, I buy a Samsung Refrigerator on[protected], which Rs 91, 999 and installed by the Samsung company employee as per the policy.
The product is working fine for 9 months till June & in the starting of july, we faced a problem of cooling is not properly working and our materials were effected due to this.
So, we called the customer care and request for the repair as soon as possible, but nobody will bothered.
We called the person who installed this refrigerator and requested for the repair and we are so much shocked, when he said very rudely to the ladies that:-
1-are you asking me before buy this Samsung refrigerator.
2-why I’ll listening your problem.
3- I have already busy with my work and don’t call me again.

This is the Samsung company employees, they don’t know how to talk with their customers and deal with.
Is this Samsung quality recruitment of employees who don’t know the etiquette to talk with ladies?
later we called again to the customer care and complaining about the same.
Then one of the engineer contacted us on call and listening our problem and promise to come same day, but failed to come and visited next day at 6 o’clock.
After checking all the things, he said compressor is not working and it will take 3-4 days to repaired and giving the excuse, they have lots of load given by the company, so we do not have time to repair so fast.
For your reference I shared one number who did call to us and making us fool that engineer is coming and resolve the problem but nobody will resolve till now.

Now 8 days passed nobody will come and repair our refrigerator, we called number of times to the customer care and complained the same.
This is called Samsung, as we trusted this brand for better products and best customer services, but this is pathetic.
They only selling their products for profit making without bothering after sales services.
Their engineers are also complaining about the company to their customers about services & not to buy the Samsung products.
Now in future I, my family & friends never buy any Samsung appliances, they are only making profit not giving any proper services like LG.
We are now file a case in the consumer court for selling the defected product and unethical practices.
Shame on you Samsung india!
