[Resolved]  Samsung — Regarding Samsung M31 not working

Respected sir/ma'am;
My Dad purchased a Samsung M31 prime edition phone via amazon on 22.01.2021.
The phone started to hang about 2 days ago (26.12.2022) and then suddenly it stopped working.
we went to the customer care of samsung and they told that we would need to replace motherboard which will cost about 7000rs.
I Inquired in the internet and found out that many people are facing the same issue regarding M series of samsung. For almost all the people and us, the phone stops working after the warranty period, which is 1 year in our case.
The same thing happened previously with M30 phone and because this happened again, we became aware of the fact that the company is cheating us.
I request the authorities to take action against samsung company for cheating customers and selling these types of phones. Either they should Refund our money (or) get us a new phone.
