Samsung — Regarding Samsung washing Machine Product

Hello!!

I am writing to inform you about the faulty washing machine that I have purchased from Snehanjali electronics & trading pvt ltd store. On the 26th of October 2023; copy of invoice enclosed.I bought a brand new Washing machine. However, after a few weeks o[censored]sing it, several problems started to appear on top screens of error 4C.

When I try to Wash clothes, the system either crashes or a 4C error is shown. Also, I am getting a lot of complaints, even after your service engineer come at home and always engineering told me machine is ok not a faulty then i will show video footage he said that when i am come your home then error not shown, your machine is not faulty, what ridiculous answer and on the next day same issue face.

For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement washing machine and compensation for hand wash clothes for the period of 14/11/23 to till date.

also i bought the basic warranty + 3 years extended warranty of machine

i just harassment from samsung till date, Yet Now not solved this problem

As per telephonic talk with You(Ashish Kumar) senior engineer visited To Your home but still (24/01/2024, Time: 10:56AM) did not visit Our home!!

our last call 22/01/2024 you said again engineer visit to home but any one not visited our home!!

We Have Sent One More Video Footage for reminder for Faulty machine Video Footage date 24/01/2024 in the morning session!!

As per telephonic conversation with you I have provided vedio yesterday(24/01/2024) and today(25/01/2024) morning washing machine 4C error.

machine purchase date is 26/10/2023 and today 25/01/2023 almost 91Days from the purchase Till Date
my first complaint is 14/11/2023 and today 25/01/2024 almost 72 Days from the First complaint
Your machine work without failure 19 days

I am being harassed by the Samsung customer service centre till date for regarding your machine is not faulty,
when i shown the video footage then engineer tell me, when i come your home then machine is not showing error of 4C.

Kindly resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

I Have wasted a lots of time, when i raised the complaint (Lost Of Time)
I Have wasted a lots of time, when your engineer visited our home (Lost Of Time)
I Have Wasted a lots of Money by buying a washing machine from Samsung company . (Lost Of Money)

I am to much harassment from samsung company due to i have lots of complaint of last 72 days and (lots Of Harassment)
Buying a Samsung washing machine ruined our family's convenience, causing a lot of domestic violence. (Lots Of Domestic violence)

If Not Resolved the Complaint then you will come, pick up the washing machine and send it to the dustbin.
