Samsung — regarding to force fix duplicate part | |||
ONCE REGISTER THE COMPLIENT AND ENGINNER COME AND VIST THE PLACE AND HE TOLD TO PRODUCT PART NOT AVAILABLE(PURCHASED I YEAR 2 MONTH BACK ONLY) AND HE TOLD HE CAN ARRANGE DUPLICATE PART TO FIX, BUT WE TOLD WE NEED ONLY THE ORGINEL PART. BUT WHAT HE DO WITH OUT MY PERMISSION THEY CLOSED THE COMPLIENT STILL THE PRODUCT DEAD, MANY TIMES I REGISTER AND MENTIONED THIS PROBLEMS TO SAMSUNG AND STILL DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION, , , , AND THEY CHARGED SME AMOUNT FOR INSPECTION, , , Was this information helpful? | |||
