[Resolved] Samsung — Regrading phone charger - damaged | |||
Respected sir, I am a regular user of Samsung products . I was a happy user too. I was more disturbed by your product i.e. phone charger, EP-TA20IWE Batch - ACC, HSN /SAC[protected], which cost around 1, 190 including GST, on 23 October 2021 from my locality Samsung showroom, Karaikudi . Not even 6 months got over, but my phone charger got damaged. It would happen for me after using it for one and half an year, but to my surprise it happened within four months . Then why do we need to buy the branded product charger which is too expensive but the quality is so poor like this . Instead I can buy local products from the market and use it for a long period of time . It is quite disappointing to me . If I reach the showroom they are not accepting it as it is of physical damage . Though it was not damaged because I didn't damage it .It was the reason that quality of your product is so poor that customers like us couldn't use your product to the value we pay .I am totally in stress because of this product, during this pandemic, we all are economically down but I trusted the product and bought it by saving money for many months, but that happiness did not even was within me even for six months, as the condition of charger is so pathetic as it leaks electricity through that opening, so sacred to use it again. I have attached the bill and picture of charger along with this email for your reference . So I REQUEST YOU SO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THIS FEEDBACK EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSBILE AND I REQUEST YOU HELP ME TO REPLACE ME WITH ANOTHER CHARGER .
