I purchased Samsung split 1.5-ton AC in Mar. 2021. We use AC products in summer, so technically it's the 2nd year of put to use. In the last 2 years, the PCB problem has occurred twice and I am not able to use the AC, last year it was under warranty So I was okay and assumed it was fine for one of the issues and a small expense on my side, however, this year as well we have got the same problem again I am not able to use the AC.
I contacted customer care and they have come up with a solution of around 13K. So my issues and concerns are below.
1) What is the exact issue behind the reoccurring issue.
2) is the product quality so bad that every year we need to invest 15k+ amount for the repair of trash?
3) Is it an issue with installation? Your local service engineers are of no use to me.
4) Please help to check the issue as soon as possible, I bought it for 33.2 K and every year I can't expense 13k in repair of this scrap.
Please help to check ASAP and take quick action on this faulty product as never seen such waste products and customer service.
