It is to inform that I Rakesh Kumar is working in CISF and presently I am posted at NTPC Unchahar, Distt: Raebareli. On 13.11.2013 I have purchased a new LED TV h5100 full HD from Delhi. During last week of Dec'2014 my LED T.V has got defective. I have registered a compliant with SUMSUNG customer care. In the Ist week one Engineer from SUMSUNG has visited to me and after checking, he has told that Display of the same has defective and require replacement. A sum of Rs. 12, 000/- will be extended towards change the display of the LED. I am very much surprise to know that the product purchase by me through a very reputed company like SUMSUNG has got defective only in one year and one month. I have make again a call to SUMSUNG customer care and inform about the same. But they have stated taht they are forwarding of compliance to his senior and arranging call. But no call have been received by me till date.
Sir, SUMSUNG is a very reputed company. I have purchased this LET just one year ago and spend a sum of Rs, 32000/-. Now as per version of Engineer, a sum of Rs, 12, 000/- is also required to be expended towards change of display of the same. Sir, for a poor people it is not possible to spare a sum of Rs, 44, 000/- in just one year.
I have earlier used product of SUMSUNG without any complaint. But in this case I think it a a manufacture defect otherwise display of any TV could not defective for a longer period.
Keeping in view of the above, it is my humble request to look into the matter and change display of my LED T.V without any financial burden to me. For this kind favour I shall be very grateful to you. Otherwise I have no other option to knock the door of consumer court.
This is a reputation issue of the SUMSUMG Company also to provide this type of service to the customers. I am thinking that you will take an immediate action in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
