Sir

A complaint was booked at customer care No..[protected] on[protected] Engineer came on 02/01/2022 and charged Rs.3600/- Promised to send the bill on what sup. Next day we again contacted the engineer as the fault remain the same on the given number, but he did not picked the phone

We contacted the customer care No.[protected] number of times but promised to send the engineer but never sent. The engineer and well as customer care persons are cheating the customers. Please repair my refrigerator and take suitable action against the engineer and customer care persons

I once again request you to send the engineer for repair of my refrigerator or refund the amount of Rs.3600/- already paid to Mr Jassi Singh, Engineer of your Company

Updated by sahnisv IN spite of your intervention the Vendor is say today or tomorrow
Engineer also agreed to repair the refrigerator in your presence over phone conversation, but did not come to repair.

We hope that there is no control of Head Office over the customer care persons and the engineers
No more comments. It is up to you to valuate your self

In spite of your instructions over phone to Jassi Singh, Engineer, he has not yet repair the refrigerator
I presume that the management has no control over the staff and the staff is cheating the customer .This the last chance for you to prove yourself before I should take recourse to appropriate action against the company and the engineer.
