I purchased a Samsung TV in October from Reliance digital, Phoenix Market city, Chennai and was transported to Kerala on prior information to Reliance. After horrible waiting and chasing of 2 months a technician came for the installation of TV at Kerala. It was unboxed by the technician and found the TV screen broken on one particular spot. The Samsung technician confirms the TV has broken from inside and not a physical damage. The box was also not tampered or damaged.
Immediately this was notified to Reliance. After further follow up Reliance asked me to seek assistance from Samsung. I called Samsung several times. After several follow ups, Samsung customer care (Vivek) informed the case is with head department. I got call from a lady from head department on Jan 1st 2017 telling that my case has been accepted and the replacement team will call me in 24 hours and asked to forward my purchase bill, my mobile number and address where delivery was made. After few days after this I got a call again telling that my request is rejected and I have to pay 35000 for service to be done. Now both Samsung and Reliance are ready to help in getting the product replaced. I am in such a desperate situation. Trusting the brand value I purchased a Samsung product. This is my first Samsung product and I feel I got the worst service and customer satisfaction trusting a topmost brand. My dad asked me not to come home until I get the TV replaced. Hope you understand my situation.
I have been chasing you for many months regarding the same. And I am being ignored each time. Samsung treatment towards a customer been horrible and I feel very very very sad for the kind of treatment I received from Samsung. You did not stick to your words. You have cheated your customer and hopes on such an international brand has hit the ground.
