[Resolved] Samsung — Replacement of my Cell phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G as new one in my favor | |||
Respected sir, Kindly refer subject cited above. In this connection, I buy cell phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G 2 ½ months later a copy of bill enclosed for ready reference. After 40 days I have some problems with my cell phone viz; network issue. In the meantime i viz; service centre instantly. The service centre officials checked my cell phone minutely. The official issued job card for repair / replacement copy (a copy of job card is enclosed) and I draped my cell phone in service centre. In last, I received my cell phone after 10 days through your service centre. But unfortunately my cell phone same problems and network issue (screen video recording attached). In lost my business, attitude towards my ethics / principles. As such, it is therefore requested to you kindly replace my cell phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G as a new one.
