Samsung has not been responding to any of our requests for a nonworking refrigerator the services are worst, we have called them 3 times In customer care and 2 times on CEO help desk form last five months, there is no respond or action taken .The refrigerator is of no use anymore totally worthless, what should we keep it for ? To use as a dustbin? There is no customer satisfaction from Samsung, They promised to send someone for the issue we are still waiting . I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. if you are unable to provide me services I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.
Waiting for an early revert, hope I will get a respond within 24 hours .

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But till today 6/11/2020 I have neither received any call or email from him or from samsung india.
This shows Samsung India does not keep up their word or commitment and will have to penalised heavily to realise the impact of complaining to consumer forum.
They are not very serious in listening to their customer complaints. If I have not complained thru consumer forum, they would not have even responded to complaints. I hope I have to live with the problem on the headset.
