I have faced many times of problems from the purchase date. about my SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 Minni handset. I bought SAMSUNG Mobile IN THE LAST Month from REHAN MOBILE CENTRE, SHIV COMPLEX, GURMANDI, LUDHIANA, CONTACT[protected], VIDE CM NO. 3668 on date 11/11/2013, during the period, I faced many problems in mobile like Hang problem, Network, 3rd class sound quality, etc. Last week i went to Samsung Moblie Care Centre at Avon Distributer near Sumitra Gas, KHANNA, Contact - [protected], vide Job SHeet No. [protected] dated. 27/12/2013 they said only software problem, after a software update the same problem was still. 2nd day i went there again then they told me the main problem is in [Mother Board] on your phone . i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. i dont want to change the mother board of my mobile phone, Please change my mobile Phone as soon as possible If, I got negative response.
