Sub :- Replacement of Television RE :- Samsung Plasma 43” F 4900 3D Dear Sir/ Madam In October 2014 I have purchased Samsung Plasma 43” F 4900 3D. Right from the day of purchase the television is not working. I made several complaints through calls to Service Centre, my complaint has been attented but still problem/fault in the television remains (exist) You can cross check the complaint made by me [protected] / [protected] I request you to replace the television as it is not working after the repair also and it is within guarantee period.
