My Samsung TV tube is damaged and service center's man said the tube is damaged and that tube is not available in the market and company also not providing that tube. The service center's man insist for replacement of
TV Display. I already paid the service charges to service center.
I am requesting to you to visit a Service Engineer to our place and to make available that tube from your side.
