Samsung — reservation dissappointed

On 06/26/2015 I came to the Samsung customer service at taman molek, Johor Bahru and has made an order against LCD for SM-C101. on 07/02/2015 I make calls to customer service and ask for the order, however, they said it did not make an order against the LCD. Therefore, on 02.07.2015 I make a reservation again. Then, on 09/07/2015 I called back to inquire about that. However, the answers given remains disappointing that no order from me. I hope this will not happen again to keep the samsung image in the future. Im very disappointed with this matter.
