I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the quality & after sales service of my S20 plus purchase.
I bought thee phone in March 2021 and it has developed a screen issue with 2 green lines on my screen rendering it unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which is acknowledged by them n they are providing a 1 time screen replacement for it too. However, they have refused to fix my phone until i pay them 15, 000Rs. This is because they have found other dents in it. It is a 1.5 yr old phone n i acknowledge the wear and tear and i am happy to live with it but i am not willing to pay 15k for the green lines which isnt my fault. Due to the manufacturing defect i am not even getting any value for a resale.
I wrote to Samsung about it numerous times to their servicehead and CEO team but they kept repeating the company policy to me and provided no compensation or support.
Hoping you can help mee out in getting justice for this buy so i can continue to use the hone i paid for without any unnecessary financial impact.
