Samsung — S22 ultra display issue(Manufacturing defect) within 6 months of purchase

I bought S22 ultra on April 2nd 2022. On Nov 2nd 2022 while watching Utube videos entire mobile display turned into white color.Not able to use the mobile further. Went to
customer service center and explained the problem. They heated the device at 80degree temperature for 20 mins (because of this one of the camera lens got scratched) and opened the back case with plastic sheet which scratched the backcase worstly. They said its a manufacturing defect and they are not able to find why this has happened.Also without analyzing the root cause they are saying we will change the display unit it will be resolved and forcing me to agree for it.

If you look at the date your product worked exactly for 6 months alone, Is this the build quality you give to the customer who paid 1.15 lakhs? If they change the display unit what is the guarantee you give to the customer that it will last long(atleast for 2 years for the money I spend) .Also what is the guarantee that I will not face any other manufacturing defect in future(other than display issue). warranty period for this device is 1 year in this 6 month was already over, within this 6 months I faced one manufacturing defect as per warranty you are changing the parts at free of cost. But after completing 1 year or 1year 1 day if I face manufacturing defect will you repair the device without charging the customer?

Resolution Needed:
1. Replacement of entire unit (Its a manufacturing defect not a user caused one. Why I need to use the scratched, 80 degree heated device. Also no guarantee that, it will not cause any issue in future)

2.Refund of the entire amount
