Samsung — Samsung 32 Inch TV Display issue

Samsung 32 inch TV having Display issue which is under warranty until January 2016. Having issue with the brightness. The Brightness gets extremely dim intermittently. Upon approaching the company (Jaya Agencies, Attingal, Kerala, +[protected] from where the product was bought, claims Rs. 3500 as repair charges after coming for an inspection. Initially "Jaya Agencies" committed to come for an inspection for days long and kept delaying. After these cheaters have claimed for Rs. 3500 and providing misleading information saying the engineer is from samsung service center for replacing the parts, we had to log a support ticket directly with samsung service center. Now a ticket has been raised and we are awaiting service team to come and fix the issue. Be aware of imposters who make such false claims.
