Hi Team,
My all the previous requests have been closed even which I logged here that one also. no one is giving my any solution.
I recently bought a Samsung's smart double door fridge that was too much costly and washing machine too from Reliance Digital store. I have logged several complaints and marked multiple emails but no one is resolving my issue.
There is no cooling in fridge, my whole things which I'm keeping into the fridge all is getting wasted and even not getting the cool water after buying this huge fridge I have to use water cooler for that I seriously cannot believe and even i would have any idea about it that after paying the huge amount I'll get the cheap material than I wouldn't make any mistake,
Please either repair it, replace it or refund my amount so that I can buy another product if I will have to pay extra amount for another fridge I'll do that but please I'm requesting please take both the products and return the amount cause no one is able to understand the issue.
Reliance's engineers are saying there is sensor issue, its not working while Samsung's engineer is saying who has visited thrice at my place that there is no such issue and he made even lament excuses then in end he is saying yes there is cooling issue and I'll get the update but I have not received any update.
just for reference, I have attached one image you can see that how its destroying all the foods, dough vegetables, fruits everything. unfortunately images do not show the smells otherwise I could have shown that too.
Can anyone is really help me for my both product issue please?
