[Resolved]  Samsung — samsung 8kg ecobubble front load washing machine

I filed a complaint with the above Samsung Washing machine not working. The service tech from Samsung visited us and adviced that the washing machine will ve picked up by samsung agent and taken to the service center for repairs and delivered back. But it's been 5 days and every day Samsung customer care are giving excuses that the washing machine will be picked up today or tomorrow but no one turns up. This is going on for a week now. This is unacceptable. The team leader is irresponsible and not answering my phone call. What kind of customer care is this? This is nonsense. I'm sending out a legal notice and file a complaint with the consumer court if my problem with the washing machine is not resolved immediately.
