[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung A30s - denied to fix the Issue | |||
Its been 3 Weeks when i highlight the issue to Samsung customer service and to service head team, and still not receive any response about my phone Samsung A30s. we started facing issue with in a month of buying the product. 1 - Screen goes off - Samsung service center team took a week to fix the issue 2 - Network Issue - finally Samsung service team denied to fix the issue and stated that they found liquids in the mother board, hence it can not fix. i called the service center guy almost 10 times a day, and they never respond, when i complain in the customer service team about their non response behavior, they called back and informed that my phone is non repairable. either i pay 8500 to them to fix it, or it can not be fixed. nobody listen in Samsung, i sent multiple emails and calls but no resolution.
