Hi this is complaint for mobile phone samsung a5-00 that i bought approx. 6 months ago. My phone was working fine but sooner it started getting heated up and sensor stopped working but i ignored. Now 3 days before while charging it really got over heated whgen i touched and and i saw that my lcd got cracked from inside and went black it all happened infront of my eyes. Now i went to service centre they told that it has fallen which was completely wrong. Coz i know it happened while charging. And if it would have fallen the upper glass would have broken but not even scratch can be seen on glass coz its didnt fell. So im really frustated plz help me im from lucknow and service centre is in nirala nagar lucknow. Was this information helpful? | |||
