I bought My Samsung A50 phone white in colour on 10 October 2019 from Reliance digital Axis Mall Newtown Kolkata West bengal Within a few months it showed hanging freezing auto reastart issues. I visited the Cenvice cente called thecustomer care many a times they said it was a softqare issue and not a firmware problem they said they will fix the software and the device will work perfectly. But the ptoblem continued and kept increasing until i asked them to check the firmware after which they returned the device to me within 2 to 3 days. Then again it worked ok for a few months with the hanging heating up and auto restart issues again within
a month it went on freezing after which finally i had yo submit it in the samsung service the service was really bad withnonumber toconta to or anything then 1 gog my phone back after almost a month i submitted it on 14th September got it back on 10th October when i went on asking for it. They said they had changed the mother board and screen but then my phone is again dead now it froze hanged and froze 7 times when i got it back yesterday. And neither the customer care or the Samsung service center looked into the chances of my product getting replaced with a new properly working Samsung model.
I want my product to get replaced with a properly functioning Samsung A50 Model. The price i paid for it was not small. Was this information helpful? |
