I logged a complaint with Samsung with reference number#[protected] on 13Jun2022.
This complaint is regarding the indoor unit of Samsung AC which burnt on 11Jun2022 and burnt my complete floor, enclosed are some pictures.
I purchased this AC on 04Apr2021 from Vijay Sales Pitampura Delhi.
Sanjeev (+[protected] Samsung Engineer came to my home and took all the pictures on 13Jun2022 but post that no response from Samsung even after followups.
Samsung team of representatives and supervisors has been so pathetic that they asked me multiple questions regarding there AC and argued that it is not because of there AC but never asked is my family safe. A company like Samsung is more focused on saving themselves rather caring for there customer life. Infact I politely shared with there supervisor that this is how Samsung care for there customers. Your team can validate on the recordings of Mr. Anurag talking on Samsung helpline and Mr. Mahesh on [protected].
I am not getting any response from Samsung now even after cooperating with them after such a mental trauma.
i dropped a mail to servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com on 14Jun and 18 Jun but no reply. I dropped a mail to there CEO mail id on 18-Jun but no response. I called Samsung helpline on 11Jun, 13Jun, 16Jun, 17 Jun and 19Jun, everytime after waiting for 10 mins to connect there supervisor response i get is this is a escalated case and i will hear from there department head soon. But no response till now.
I really want Samsung to reply on the damage that there AC has caused to my house and there pathetic way of handling the customer afterwards.
I have never experienced in my life such a pathetic customer service which Samsung offers. All complaints fell on a deaf ears and nobody responds. Samsung has mentally harassed me like anything. Stay away from them.
