[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung Air Conditioner warranty not fulfilled because I dont have the invoice copy | |
I have purchased Samsung Air conditioner from SAMSUNG INDIA on 2017, now i am facing compressor problem even after i have warranty period, they are not covering compressor warranty which is 60 months because i lost the invoice copy. I even tried with my dealer cum seller ( SATHYA SHOWROOM TIRUVALLUR branch )of samsung air conditioner to provide me with duplicate both the manufacturer and the dealer are not even respecting and responding with my queries . Apr 13, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved From samsung their representative called and asked about the i am facing and they told that no invoice copy will be required . And made sure that local area service team to provide all help required under the warranty .
I am very glad that some senior employees in the company are more cooperative and helpful.
